The ability to choose everything that I cooked was awesome and fun! The vegetables, meats and seafood were very fresh. Our server was very sweet and helpful as well

Really enjoyed the meal. We walked right in and got a seat at about 6:30 pm on a Sunday. The ordering and menu is straightforward. Once we got our meal, we were pretty impressed. The portion size is great and the veggies and meat were all fresh and very tasty. The service was fine...the server didn't really check on us as often as I'm used to, but my partner and I usually don't need much. The sauce bar, though smaller than I'm used to in terms of options, had all of the essentials. The house sauce added to the broth made the noodles and broth a lot more tasty. Overall it was a great experience and a fun, interactive meal. My partner and I will definitely be back and bring friends or family when they visit.

Splendid - the name fits the food!! Everything was fresh, well presented, explained and delicious. If you have never had hot pot, this is your chance to try some really good Vietnamese fare. This is west coast good!

Second time eating here as we travel through the area once a year. Food was delicious I had the lamb and beef combo hot pot house broth wife had the chicken version. They definitely give you plenty of food for a great price. Service was better this year but still not great. The food made up for it. Until next year
