WildGinger Pooler

Another awesome meal at Wild Ginger today. Hot and Spicy eggplant with Tofu was outstanding. We started out with the Chili soaked Shrimp Dim Sum and ended with Fried ice cream. The dessert was Enough for 3 to share! It’s always an amazing experience here, I love the decor and the staff is always attentive.

We ordered takeaway and it is the best Asian food in the area. The Orange Chicken was lightly fried without the heavy breading and had a delicious orange sauce. The Dan Dan Noodles with shrimp were a little spicy and had great flavor. Wild Ginger is our new favorite restaurant.

So this NOT like Pei Wei or Chinese food. I’m not a person that knows about eating adventurous stuff so this was all a bit new. I had the Thai fried rice which is really spicy but good. The honey chicken was good but I was expecting it to be like the Chinese restaurants and it wasn’t. The Ribs are GREAT!!! The quality of everything was excellent. And very clean! I’m coming back to taste more stuff.

**update - went back and tried new things. The Mongolian beef was delicious. I also tried the chicken crispy taco and it was good, but very spicy for me, although it was excellent because it was so crispy. I also tried one of the Korean fried rice, but I wasn’t loving it although it wasn’t bad, I’ll keep trying different rices until I find one that I like.

Really nice place Mongolian beef was yummy 🤤 Paneer tacos was yummy too my new Favorite Pan Asian Cuisine in Pooler !

Great food. Some of it had a hint of Indian flavor which threw me off a little bit, but over all very good. My kid loved the low mein. We will definitely come back again!
