Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Great service. Staff patiently explained the meals choices when I had questions. First time eating here. My family loved the food.

Food tasted okay, except the fries were barely warm. Firstly, I was asked by the manager "dining in or carry out?" I said dining in. We were served our food in carry out boxes ... not a biggie, but a waste of packaging. The smell that greeted us on entering was that of very old, dirty, smelly carpet. The manager was cordial to us and took our order correctly. There was an urgency in the restaurant but the crowd was very slim. It was 3:50PM, so not many folks to serve. Our order took about 8 minutes, which is slower than is typical for most Bojangles we have visited. The manager kept telling the staff they would get a break soon. The restroom was unkept and the tile floor in the restroom was dirty. The carpeting was very dirty and stained. I hope this place will turn itself around.

This Bojangles is awesome! Food is always fresh and great people work here! Marie is always super friendly and makes Bojangles feel like home while dining! ❤

My daughter loves going to Bojangles we stopped here on our way to Florida at the Georgia location and it was just as good as the one we have here in Lincolnton. she likes the macaroni and cheese and the gravy biscuits I actually prefer the club sandwich and the fries are amazing you can also get a vegetable plate with the rice beans macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes they are very busy in the mornings it’s a very popular place for some of our senior citizens. And the biscuits are fresh made daily I recommend Bojangles on a weekly basis to all my friends and family!!!
