Barnes Restaurant

I've visited this restaurant twice. And, both visits were outstanding. The food was great. When you can go to a restaurant and all of the food you ordered was great. That means, that's an outstanding restaurant. Everything thing I ordered were outstanding. To include the customer service from the waitresses. They were outstanding as well. If you do not believe me. Then, visit Barnes yourself. I guarantee you will be disappointed. Thanks to Barnes cooks. Whomever you were. You can burn (cook). My family and I will be back for another visit in the future.

Always looking for the non “chain” eateries. Barnes fit the bill and the food was great. The Service was great and the and the food was excellent. My favorite is the "The Redneck Philly" Not to mention, the prices were very reasonable when compared to Chain restaurants. As I see it, we always need to help the “mom and pops” here in Savannah, so please give them a try.

Hugh and his team has always done a phenomenal job. I highly recommend their catering services. The food is always fresh. The loaded baked potato salad is my favorite! If you want someone who will go above and beyond for your event, give Hugh a call!

Grew up on the great food served at Barnes! Always make it one of my stops when I’m back home in Savannah. Today’s visit was awesome as usual. Highly recommend to everyone who likes great food, great service at a great price!

I’ve been going to Barnes since I was a teenager, my family and I have rented the banquet room for mile stone birthday parties, and the food has always been fresh, hot and wonderful, not to mention the attentiveness of the staff. Mid pandemic, I did get a meal that wasn’t up to Barnes standard, but hey, who hasn’t had a bad day? Or year for that matter! I have been back several times since and the atmosphere is back and the food is delicious!
