    Honestly, this Victory Drive location is slow. I have been in line over 30 mins before, and once you are in line there is no way out. The staff is nice and the food is good. But I think they need to work on expediency.

    I took my dog through the drive through for one of his last meals before helping him on his journey to the rainbow bridge yesterday. There's an older black woman that's always so sweet to me and she threw in some treats from woofgang. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot to me. He loved the treats and his chicken nuggets.

    Chick-fil-A Victory Drive truly feels like dining in your own family dining room! The food is excellent and my order is always right. The Team Members treat me like a friend and every interaction ends with "my pleasure" and a smile. I can't wait to come back!

    Great customer service. During lunch rush it is best to place a mobile order if you don't have time to wait in line. Even when it is super busy there the staff have found a way to keep the tables, floor, and outside patio area clean.
