Super busy and packed. Come early. Outside seating is dog friendly! They'll even ask if you want a water bowl for the dogs. The Malted waffles and pancakes were divine. The waitress was amazing, friendly, with true southern hospitality. This is a must not miss place to get breakfast while you walk the city. Well Worth it!!!!
Best pancakes I've ever had. I order the stuff French toast but tasted my son's pancake and it was delicious. I'd love v to have the recipe as it's been 3 weeks and I'm still craving this pancake ( I'm not a pancake person). We stopped on the to Florida and it will be a must stop any trip south.
Awesome waiter Richie Rich! He promptly came over to our table, served our beverages hot and answered all our questions. Our food arrived quickly; hot, and delicious. Richie came back often to offer assistance. He knew exactly what condiments we needed as we enjoyed our meal. Definitely a great cafe and totally worth our 10 minute wait. I highly recommend the cafe and be sure to request Richie as your waiter.
This place was a great little spot to eat lunch. It was crowded when we got there but had no wait and got sat immediately. The good was average and the service was average. But the prices were amazing. They should take the time to update the decor and it would be even a better spot to eat at. I highly recommend this place for good food at a decent price. I would go back to eat here.
Get off the beaten path and do yourself a favor! Get to Clary's for breakfast! This was my first visit and they did not disappoint! We sat outside since there was not wait, even though it was a chilly 50 degrees out. Mike was our server and so great! His southern charm was so sweet and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I had the smoked sausage and eggs with grits and biscuit and it was everything he had promised! My friend was able to order a special item that is no longer on the menu, an omelette with baked apples and cheese and apparently, it was as good as she remembered from her last visit. We ordered corned beef hash, since I had never had it and it was ok, even better because Mike suggested us ordering it "well done," so it was nice and crispy. According to my friend, it wasn't the best corned beef hash she had ever had, but it was decent. It certainly did not overshadow the rest of our amazing breakfasts! I would come back again next time I'm in town for sure!
