I really liked the Cafe, I had a make your own bowl and it was really good. I also got a few frozen take home meals and I'm going to try their meal plan too. Eat clean train mean!

Excellent frozen meals. Lots of different ones so you can stock up your freezer for great meals without having to go out.

The hardest part of watching what you eat is preparing the meals before you get hungry and end up ordering McDonald's. This place solves everything! They have macros and calories of everything they offer, they have meal plans so you can order for the whole week and reheat as you need. They have a regular restaurant. It's been amazing using them for lunch every week.
