(August 13, 2019, 6:49 pm)Rocks has a great outside deck overlooking River Street. The day we went it was crowded and lively and we had a great time. The service was actually very good considering the size of the crowd.

(June 16, 2019, 6:20 pm)Great views and great drinks. A great spot for day drinking or a romantic night out. Definitely a good spot to take a date. Drinks are a little pricey but the staff and bartenders know make up for it with great service and stiff drinks. Haven't tried the food, but everything I have seen looks pretty good. Highly recommend.
