    Great location, just minutes from my workplace. Docked a star because they sometimes don't include a straw or in the few times I've ordered the extra long chili cheese coney, gave me like 1-2 napkins. Otherwise, despite long lines, it moves quickly, you're answered on the com quickly and by someone who sounds pleasant, and the food is fresh and hot upon arrival.
