Wiley's Championship BBQ

The food was fantastic. I had deep fried ribs with collards and Cole slaw. The waiter was great and they kept my ice tea filled.

Drinks stayed topped off. Waiter was polite and communicated well. Ribs and sides were great. Go get some and ring that pit bell.

Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere, clean space. Heads up though, they only serve the burnt ends on Thursdays now, so plan accordingly!

Service is typically good. When it's busy, expect to wait a little for service and food but the ladies there are always sweet. Food is really good too. They have specialized BBQ sauces that you can try as well.

We arrived about an hour before closing and watched as the dinner crowd thinned out. We were greeted by a server who warned us that they had run out of ribs and 2 of the side dishes. I've seen that before at popular BBQ restaurants that make everything fresh each day. So be warned. Get there early if you want the complete selection.

My wife had a pulled chicken slider and I had a beef brisket slider. We ordered a side of potato salad and a side of Cole slaw. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The servers were almost too apologetic about having run out of menu items.
