Four 41 South BBQ Co.

I've heard so many good things about this place, I finally found time to try it. I typically avoid BBQ places because I have my own smoker and I'm no pro, but typically my smoked foods are better than your average BBQ restaurant. But this is not your average BBQ restaurant.

Today's special was smoked chicken wings. They were outstanding! Big and flavorful. I had the Mac and Cheese as a side. This was also outstanding. They gave me some home made pickles and pickled onions - so very good.

I can't wait to go back for ribs and brisket and everything else they do.

I wonder if they'll be willing to give me advice on how to get my smoked chicken wings to taste as good as theirs do!

My wife and I found this place after nearly a year. I got to tell you they have the best ribs I have ever tasted. My wife loved the chicken. We look forward to trying the brisket, but I'll definitely be having the ribs again....

BBQ was awesome. Atmosphere was a little weird though. It was very quiet. If the owners read this maybe turn on a TV or some music. Otherwise great food and despite the quietness, I'll be a return customer.

My wife and I have visited a couple of times prior to tonight's visit and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. Their brisket and pulled pork are as good as you will find in the area. I wanted to make a Thursday night trip to Four 41 South because it the only day they serve their famous smash burger, and I wasn't disappointed. OMG...the flavor!!! Pimento cheese, bacon jelly, grilled onions, house made pickles!! I can't believe I have waited this long to try it. While we were eating the owner stopped by our table to check on our food and visited for a bit. She shared some of the history behind the restaurant, the recipes, and how the entire family is involved in its daily operation. We will definitely be back as I am already looking forward to my next smash burger!

Their food is great. I have only been once. I got the brisket plate. The brisket was awesome, however I like to drown it in sauce. The BBQ sauce selection is very satisfying. The mac n cheese is very good, and the pimento cheese grits are some of the best I've had. My coworkers love the brisket tacos. Did not take long to get food either.
