Jersey Mike's Subs

I love jersey mikes. Food is great. HOWEVER, I have to leave this review. As the young man was making my sandwich he fed himself one of the extra pepperoni pieces with his gloved hands while he was making my sandwich. Just not profession or great “best practices”. Then the guy that was cutting my sandwich and wrapping it wasn’t wearing gloves. They both had long hair hanging in their face without hats or hair nets. I’m not a germaphobe by any means, but that’s just not great food service etiquette. Hope the manager sees this and makes some changes!

Since this place opened I’ve been coming here often and everyone who works there has always been awesome every single time. Some of them even recognize me every time I come back in! They love it when I come in so much that they really want me to have rewards for every single time I come back in! I just downloaded the app tonight so now I will have rewards every single time I come back. They will very much appreciate that! Their subs are awesome just like all the other Jersey Mikes I’ve been to, but this one is definitely the best one I’ve ever been to! They do great every time! I will definitely be coming back to this place more often than ever! I work across the street at Chipotle, so sometimes if I’m on break and I want to leave to grab a bite to eat, this place is definitely one I will come to! It’s so much better than Jimmy John’s which is right next door to where I work. In my opinion this is definitely the best place to come get a sub with Publix being #2. Everyone who works there is awesome, polite, and always does so good! They definitely deserve my business!

I visited there today and Karen Whited was awesome. They were very busy and it looked like she was short staffed but she was on top of her game. All the people there were doing a fabulous job making sure to get all of us our food in a timely manner. So kudos to Karen. We will be back. Also, I’m an observer and the kitchen was very clean and it actually looked really maintained from a few weeks ago when I was there. So whatever changed in there it was for the best!

Love Jersey Mikes. This is by far the best one I’ve ever ordered from. Staff is extremely pleasant store is very clean and food is FABULOUS

I'm sitting here waiting. I commend these guys. They are short staffed today and putting in work. Ive worked customer service for 12 years and have had my fair share or impatient rude customers. These men are handling a huge rush in house among online orders flawlessly.

After covid many people forgot what grace and kindness is, I deal with it daily in my career. So I just wanted to thank you guys for continuing to work hard and serve your customers superbly.
