Marco's Pizza

Last night, I placed an order around 5pm, I get it, the place was busy, it was dinner time. I was told our order would arrive around 30 minutes - an hour goes by and still nothing. I wait 15 more minutes and our order finally arrives.... cold as well as my tomatoes in my salad having rotten spots on them. I called to let the manager know and they told me that my order was left by mistake because it was dropped in-between another order of 35 pizzas. When calling back that night, I was told this and that the GM would be calling me back to place a credit on my account. No call, so I called back the next morning and the morning manager told me, after she spoke to the GM, Jacob that he would not credit my account or provide a refund because my pizza wasn't as late as I was making it out to be. I am not one to normally leave poor reviews and I understand things get missed, but not even wanting to take the time to make things right is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NOT be ordering from this Marco's pizza again. My order number was 15215 at the Hickory Flat store in Canton, GA. I really hope someone at the corporate office sees this so they can try and make it right.

i order marcos pizza every time because nothing beats the friendliness of the staff and quality of the food. cant remember the name but delivery driver with purple hair is always super sweet! marcos is always the move!

Had a great experience this afternoon. I came in with my toddler to pick up a carry out order and couldn’t quite figure out how to juggle everything. One of your awesome employees quickly grabbed our pizzas and walked to the car with us. I hope she knows how much gestures like that are appreciated!!!

The quality and quantity of ingredients on the pizza at this location is consistently superior! And, this store is true to its published ready times. Recently I was ordering online and the system had multiple issues with my order. I phoned the store and the manager quickly and completely solved the issue. This location is on point with excellence in their customer service and I value that greatly! I have removed all the other Marcos locations from my phone because I have found my pizza home here at Hickory Flat!!!
