I was a passenger in a truck and didn't order anything just cause its not my place. But everyone else did and they loved it. I can speak to there drive thru which wraps around the building blocking anyone parked there from getting out
Someone was not paying attention to the layout

I decided to use the curbside option that was available. I waited well over 10 minutes out front and no one came out. The person sitting there when we drove in left without her coffee... so I went in. They had my coffee ready but explained that curbside was taken down. I let them know that was the option I selected. Didn't see a manager to talk to so I left because I was already frustrated and out of time. I wished I had suggested they put a large sign on the door to alert customers of the app issue with curbside option. This location always had a long line now with covid. It's frustrating because you send your order in early thru the app so it's ready.
