    Only 5 starts because the food is good. The employees need to work on there people skills. Not very friendly.

    Before ordering I used the guys bathroom and the urinal was nasty like it doesn't get cleaned on the inside, and the soap dispenser was empty (which happens). But after informing them and then eating and hanging out for awhile it was still empty.
    Food....the fries came out a little old but after informing them they then corrected it cheerfully. Their service was spot on and with a smile which is always appreciated.

    Love Zaxby's!! The whole place is clean and the staff is friendly. Short wait for the food - salads are so fresh and the chicken is great

    Hit and miss here. Sometimes your food is awesome, sometimes your food has been under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Go when they are busy to get fresh food. Nice staff.
