Chili's Grill & Bar

Even though it was very busy the service was very fast and our server was exceptional. The food was hot and fresh and it was a great experience.

The service is fast and friendly. The food is great, and is always hot, even when we arrived late. As an added bonus, the server figured our bill out so it would be less expensive to order that night. Kudos to the staff and manager.

I must say that I was very impressed with the way the management handled a situation. We had a party of 12 and called ahead. The message was not conveyed to the appropriate people and they had no clue who we were when we got to the restaurant. Eventhough my entire party was not able to sit together. They staff did a great job at accommodating us and apologize for what happened. Thank you for making this day even better for my family.

Honestly one of the best Chili's meals I ha e ever had. We sat at the bar and Mitchell was an amazing bartender/server. He definitely needs a raise.

Went today after a couple of years hiatus and won't be going back. The quality of the food has taken a nose dive. The service was great and everything came out quickly, but there's no help for the changes in ingredients and taste. I used to really like Chili's, obviously it's no longer in my regular rotation because of the slow decline in quality. Today's visit, however, will be my last.
