Hacienda Vieja Woodstock Mexican Restaurant

First time here, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server Edward was very attentive, and had an excellent personality. We were there towards the end of his shift, but he still took great care of us. The food was really really good! The portions are huge. Only minor complaint that I had was that the margarita prices are higher than the neighboring Mexican restaurants nearby.

Food was fresh, having 2 salsa options is unique. Service was so so and the food prices were decent. I had to knock off the 2 stars for the confusing lunch specials and service was not as attentive as other places especially considering what we spent.

My husband and I stopped for lunch on Sunday and we sat outside on the patio. The service was ????!! We ordered a pitcher of Texas margaritas and I got the veggie quesadilla and my hubby got the Salmon dinner. Both were delicious! Our server was perfect ! He had tons of personality and was very attentive without being in the way. By far the most enjoyable experience we've had at this restaurant. Look forward to going back soon.

Food was good. Server came to table several times to ask how everything was or did we need anything. She did forget the cheese dip we ordered.

The patio in the evening is, completely shaded. Somehow, there were no flies. That's a first, it was May 31, 7:00p. Food was great, service even better. Simply because of this, Hacienda Vieja is a gem.
