McAlister's Deli

I went here last night with my friend and her daughter. We were coming after an event, so it was well after 8, and they close at 9. We were planning on getting baked potatoes, but they were out. The employee was extremely apologetic and offered us each a free cookie for the inconvenience. He was extremely friendly and so was the employee that brought our food to the table. I felt bad we were there so close to closing time, but the employees didn't seem annoyed and offered us refills on our drinks and everything. If we ever go to the nearby Panera that late, they act annoyed, vacuum all around us while we are still eating, and if they're out of anything, they don't seem to care or be apologetic in the least. We were extremely impressed with the employees and their attitudes. And while we were bummed they were out of potatoes (because they have some of the best "Spuds" ever) I will continue to come back to this location because of the excellent customer service.

Great for lunch. Lots of choices. Veggie Spud and Tortilla was great. Big portions. A bit pricey for lunch but worth it.

This was my first time as my wife eats here while at work as they work with doordash delivery service which I think is a plus. I had the chef salad and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Great food experience. Most of the staff that we encountered was friendly except one and she appeared to be counting the clock till she could go home. Overall it was a great experience

We stopped here on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised! Great food! Very friendly and helpful staff as this was our first time here. We will definitely be back!!
