O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

They ran out of potatoes soup, had to make more and we waited forever to only get warm soup. There were only 3 of us in our party and wewsited forever like an hour, hour and a half for our food. Which even the waitress, who was VERY NICE, said they gave us like child portions. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and substituted a fried chicken breast, for free, and it was delicious!!!!

Staff was great, food was par, it was just the extremely long wait for food.

This five star rating is strictly and specifically for my server Miss Pat. The manager was having to cook and the food was definitely below average. Management of a restaurant should be able to step in and step up when the normal cooks are not available. My food was edible but not what I have come to expect from O Charley's of which I frequently visit.
Now to address my server Miss Pat, She is awesome!!! She did everything she could to ensure that my party was well cared for. She was honest and sincere and it shows in her
Attitude and concern for her customers. When I revisit there again I will sit at her station or leave. Period. I am sure that she will do her best to give me services that go the xtra mile
And do it with a beautiful smile

The place wasn't terribly crowded, but we waited a long time for our food to arrive. We overheard a server tell a nearby table they had run out of bread but should have some more ready soon. We both ordered a burger and fries, I requested my fries to get extra crispy. When the food finally did get there, not only were the fries not crispy, they were cold. The server brought out fresh , hot fries ( still not crispy) after a bit.
She didn't check on us but once the whole time and seemed rushed and a bit short in attitude. My Mom was very displeased with the whole visit. The burger wasn't that great either. We have had much better food and service at this location in the past. Maybe they were having an "off night".

Went for Father's Day, sat in back room by the bar, and the table felt sticky, even after we had them clean it off again. We just let it be, and were happy we did because the food was great. I had salmon. The best part was dessert though. The brownie sundae was out of this world!
