Always a wonderful time. Four stars only because their "fried rice" is merely oranges colored rice with no fried flavor, no veg (onion, peas, carrots, etc), and no egg.

The portions are generous however and other than the rice, we live going here whenever we can. The regular tea is perfect, and the bubble tea is absolutely out of this world!!! Haven't had anything bad here yet. Would always recommend to friends and strangers!

We ordered take-out for the first time today, but I haven't tried it yet because it's for dinner tonight. I'll review the taste of the food later. However, I am extremely impressed by their ability to make up for their mistakes.

When my husband got home with the food, we realized they had forgotten to give us the broth to go with our pho. I ran back to the store to get it and when I showed the women at the front my receipt, she apologized, set the broth on the counter for me and then asked me to wait while she ran to the back to get something. When she returned, she had 2 free Thai bubble teas for me, as well as the broth, and continued to apologize profusely! She was super nice!

Usually you expect an apology, but the fact that she gave us some freebies for having to come back to the store was REALLY appreciated. It turned a mildly annoying situation into a pleasant one!

We have come here for years. The pho is good, and other dishes such as the Saigon fried rice, the Thai beef salad, generals chicken, and other dishes. Service is usually fast and courteous. If you want a pretty tasty, consistent Vietnamese meal, go here.
