Subway Restaurants

One of my favorite locations - always good

This location is very good. The people working there or friendly, make eye contact and are helpful. One of our favorite subways and we are surrounded by many of them.

I am blown away right now! I just returned to this Subway Restaurant after a few months of being away for work, and I walked in here and NICK not only remembered me, but he ALSO reminded me of an Allergen Concern I had during my last visit that had the potential to be lethal to me. He informed me that he NOT ONLY REMEMBERED IT, BUT ALSO RESOLVED IT AS WELL!
THAT made my day! In this world it is hard to find people who take the time to remember you, even more so to ENGAGE and INTERACT with you!
Nick, you are going to do GREAT THINGS in life! That Quality is not something to be learned or taught. That is a QUALITY OF CHARACTER that makes a person who they are.
With just today you have made me feel much more secure and confident that I have a safe place to dine in your Store.
I have had a Subway location in North GA nearly kill me (hospital and all) and barely think twice about their methods of Customer Service, and no one should ever endure that.
FOOD ALLERGIES ARE NO JOKE!

So, to all of you with Food Allergies reading this comment, I assure you that Nick is making Subway that much safer for you! This will sound silly to those of you that do not suffer from such issues, but THE RIGHT PEOPLE HEAR ME, AND UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE THAT NICK MADE FOR ME.

I just had to share what a wonderful experience I had at Subway on highway 92 in Woodstock across from Sam's. I am hard of hearing, and as such small things like ordering food at such a place can be difficult and embarrassing. The staff was more than helpful with helping me order my food and making sure they had the order perfect. They were the same way with the customers in front of me! Needless to say the food was all fresh and perfectly prepared. They were kind enough to share personal suggestions as far as new items they had. Overall, this place is awesome! It's clean, well kept and so are the service people. Just an awesome experience in a small place to make your day better!
