Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Great food. Good staff.

I have not been to this Bojangles’ in a while, but I need to get back soon!

SERVICE: The service is typically good and the employees are normally more than welcoming and helpful. However, there have been a few times where the employee was quiet and not highly friendly. 4/5

PRODUCT: The product has always been fresh and flavorful! I have never been disappointed by the outcome of my order, and I have never had my order completed and it not be correct. 5/5

CLEANLINESS: It is never GROSS, but often times the bars My be sticky, or some of the tables won’t be wiped off. 3/5

SPEED: The speed of service is typically fair, and I have never really had to wait too long. Sometimes the line is long and it takes a little time to get everyone through, but my order is typically ready once I make it to the window, if I am in the Drive Thru. 4/5

VALUE: The value is fairly good! Their prices are a little higher than some other fast food places close by, but the product and the service make up for that slack! 4/5

Check your order because they don't! Everyone makes a mistake but this location has consistently missed items in the order.

And check your receipt. They have no problem charging you the highest price possible. When this store opened I ordered 2 sausage biscuits add cheese. They changed me for a sausage biscuit with cheese twice. About a dollar difference in price. I addressed the issue with the store manager and she told me I had ordered it wrong. I'm not really worried about the dollar but if your going to have a special honor your special. And no she did not offer to give me the dollar back or apologize for overcharging me. She only told me it was my fault for not ordering it right.

The store is clean and the food is always fresh but I always try to avoid this one and head to the Atlanta Highway location. I have never any of these issues at that store.
