Excellent service and outstanding pizza! Lunch specials are so worth it and thick pizza is a bang for your buck! Have a sleeping bag after your done eating here. Zzz
Nice cozy place reasonable prices and good pizza. The pizza sauce is spicy so be prepared, personally enjoyed it but a few at the table did not. A solid amount of toppings came on our pizza and the crust was thin and crispy.
I admit, I ended up here by default. The place I intended to dine for pizza closed unbeknownst to me. I’ve heard people speak well of Little Italy, but for some reason I’ve never been. Nice authentic looking place indoors. Graffiti on the benches, cheap prices for beer pitchers advertised via a banner stretched 1/2 across the ceiling... gives one the feeling it’s a pizza joint by day and something else at night. BEST kinda pizza place.....really! Thin crust is crispy on the bottom but by no means do you feel cheated of a savory crust. The guys behind the counter seem to work well together. They worked with pride...especially the Italian. I could tell by the way he wiped crumbs from the counter, that he’d been at it along time. Toppings are generous as are the single slice sizes. I like the fact that they take care to SLICE the onion (and obviously the mushroom too and thus a crispy crust!) And for germ freaks, the guy tossing the dough wears gloves. These guys are artisans and they like what they do. It’s obvious. I think I’ve found my new favorite pizza place in Athens.
The best place to eat after 1am in Athens. The pizza is delicious, but we always get the Italian sub to share. It's huge and loaded with goodness. One half feeds two people, so we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. The staff is friendly and quick to complete your order even when slammed.
The first thing I smelled when I walked in was the bread. Yum! Amazing staff and food. Never had thick pizza before. It was some of the merger of some of the best quality seasonings and spices for something as seemingly simple as pizza. My friend got a toasted sub that rivaled any franchised sub spot. Bring your hungry and leave heavy and happy.
