Peppino's Pizza

Went to Peppino's in Winder but they were closed for vacation. Called Peppino's in Athens and drove over 20 miles for one of these great pizzas. They never fail to make the absolute best pizzas ever!!! If you have never tried one, you don't know what you are missing.

Decided to give this place a try after being on my radar for a while now. I ordered a sub when I arrived and they got right do work as soon as the order went through. Since I had never eaten there before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! They didn't skimp on any of the toppings and the sandwich was HUGE! I definitely got my money's worth.

The restaurant itself was clean and organized, though a bit dark for my liking. I will definitely be going back!

They're a little out of the way so I don't get there very often since they moved out of downtown Athens. Because of that, I had forgotten just how good Peppino's is. Great pizza and huge slices! I recommend.

Place is weird: looks like a food court, but also has some really cute booths. Pizza is great and desert is amazing. Huge bonus: children's play area with a TV, some books, and some toys for the kids.

Delicious pizza! The pizza, which is all I have had here, is reasonably priced for the quality. It feels dirty to me when I am in there though, maybe it's how dark and dated it is. They do have a kids area but it is limited with a few old dirty toys and a TV with a love seat.
