The Cafe on Lumpkin

If you haven't checked it out, I highly recommend it! They do full tea service with really awesome fresh pastries, sandwiches, and desserts. I've had their breakfast as well, and they have some great avocado toast, breakfast burritos, and house-made pop tarts. Their staff has always been extremely friendly as well, and they have some seating outside and to-go options if you aren't comfortable with dining in right now. It's one of the more unique spots in Athens right now, so if it sounds like your type of thing, you should check it out!

Good food. The pastries are nice and flaky with real fruit.

We ordered the veggie wrap, avocado bowl and peach pop tart to go. The ingredients are fresh and tasty but the portion felt small for the price, especially for the wrap. The pop tart frosting is a bit sweet for our taste but everything was made with love. Our only real criticism was we were surprised to see a food establishment preparing food and not wearing masks or gloves to prepare food. We could see the person in the kitchen and she was also not wearing a mask or gloves. Really disappointed by this.
