Love the Zalad here. Always fresh and always fast service!
The chicken fingers plate was pretty good . The sauce was really good but the seasonings on the chicken clashed with the sauce a little but other than that it was pretty good. Love the Texas toast.
Pretty consistent. I finally got around to trying the sweet and spicy wing sauce which I enjoyed.
This Zaxbys has really stepped their game up over the last couple of years. The service is typically friendly, the building is typically clean, and the food is hot and fresh. Years ago, we used to try to come here and were disappointed time and time again.
Not anymore. Since the re-model, it’s like it was not only physically remodeled, but it’s like they took time to do an entire evaluation and get all new training in. Absolutely fantastic. I don’t eat fast food much, but this is one place I choose if I go.
The food is not as good as it was once. They seem to be doing something different with food preparation than they were before all the area Zaxby's were remodeled or rebuilt. The chicken fingers are not as tender as they were a few years ago. 4 days ago I stopped by the drive through. When I arrived home, part of the toast was hard like they tried to make croutons.
I rarely order a drink with my food at restaurants, so it's a little aggravating to always say that I don't want a drink since they changed the menu to always include the drink.
I don't like leaving bad reviews. I still go every once in a while, but I usually get a zalad instead of the wings and things insane I would have previously preferred.
I hope they read this review and address the chicken issue if possible. I would like to know why the chicken seems tougher.
