When my wife ordered the Gingerbread Ice Latte, but received the Caramel Latte instead, we didn't think much of it. She was still satisfied with the product. However, as I'm waiting to pull out onto Highway 29 I notice a young man in a Dunkin' uniform running towards my car with drink in hand. The Gingerbread Latte. Not only did they notice their mistake, but they took the time and effort to correct it. That is compassion. That is customer service!”

“Always a good friendly and clean environment. Even the bathrooms are always clean. Day and night staff are both excellent. The only issue I have ever had is sometimes they don't have enough help. It's not the employees fault. Sometimes they have 2 lines going with at least 8 or more in each line. But it moves quicker than most. There is a man named Drew who works there and he is always smiling, happy to help and just a good attitude all around.”

“*Edited and changed from 3 stars to 4 based on today’s experience. Every menu item was available including 7 different pizzas and 3 staff members who provided quick service. Nice job today and I hope they keep this up! Original review: We love Sbarro's food, especially the tomato pasta sauce. The pizza is decent too, so if this review only covered food it would be five stars. But the service really brings the overall rating down. We were at the mall on a Sunday, and even though other food locations were open at 11:30, we were told by an employee that they wouldn't be ready until 12. That was fine and we returned at 12:00 to order. But at that time, only pizza was ready. We would have had to wait another 30 minutes on pasta, which was what we wanted. So overall, we had a disappointing experience. This is not the only time we have experienced menu items being unavailable. Other issues we have had in the past include a lack of attentive service at the counter. At times we have waited a couple of minutes before being acknowledged by anyone because they are busy making pizzas or bringing stuff up from the back. It's understandable that food prep is part of the job, but it takes very little effort to glance up and say "Hi, we'll be right with you" and that would make a world of difference to customers, who at the very least want to feel like their business is appreciated. I hope to see service improved at this location.”
