(August 6, 2021, 8:27 pm)The women working here are clearly overwhelmed. Too much passenger traffic at this (only one) coffee location in terminal B.
I ordered (and paid) for a blueberry scone and got a muffin. I ordered an iced medium mocha with almond milk and received a hot mocha with regular milk that caused me stomach issues.
@Peets Coffee should provide better staffing for airport locations. The employees are nice and have a good attitude but they can’t keep up with the load unfortunately. -
