Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Visited summer 2021

This airport location is about what you'd expect. The staff is quick, fairly efficient, and dead inside. The food itself is great, like always. Everyone behind the counter seemed clean and we'll organized. Would go again.

It taste like any other Popeyes you would eat at in the United States. If you love their chicken then this is a great stop at the airport. The big problem with this location is it’s not well-managed in regards to walking traffic. They had one incredibly long line that was for people waiting for their food while they had another line where you would purchase your food but no signs indicating that. So you could wait in line for 20 minutes to find out you’re in the wrong one. They really need to put up a sign.

Very busy place in the airport. Better experience than the local brick and mortar location where I live for sure. Food was good, people were friendly. Lines could be better managed (ie, places to stand).

Popeyes is notorious for two things:
Great chicken and lackadaisical service.
The entire staff of Popeyes in ATL airport, Concourse B, provided not only great chicken as expected, but wonderful service.
From the gentleman taking orders and numbering bags, to the gentleman bagging orders, to the new young lady who was learning the process, and even the guy making drinks, politeness and professionalism and smiles were abundant this morning, Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Never left with a spicy chicken sandwich so satisfied.
One suggestion is to leave a tip jar for the glorious team.

In the world of airport food, Popeyes is a good option. The food is tasty, hot and ready to go. Service is polite and helpful. The happy surprise was that there wasn't a major upcharge for being in the airport.
The seating is understandably limited and the staff did their best to help customers make due with what little table space they have.
