The Super Vegan Salad is a great healthy salad! Uses a nice dressing with baby kale, purple cabbage and quinoa as the base. Craisins, sunflower seeds, carrots and other nuts are used and it is very filling.

This is located inside the Milwaukee Airport. I didn't expect to get such great food. I had a bowl of multi bean chili with vegetables. It was very delicious. I could only eat half, so I took it on the flight with me. If you find yourself at the airport this is definitely a great place to eat.

All I can say is SKIP all the rest. Superfood prepared fresh and tasty.
Lucky for me I left TGI Fridays because the hosts was rude like most every server I've encountered at this awfully airport. First time at this airport in 30 years...
Anyway I walked around looking for a good meal and saw the beautiful presented salades then saw the hit dishes. Instantly decided yes to this.
I got a balsamic vinaigrette chicken over brown rice. The a super good salad and oh my gosh it's so good. Also a plus is a Caribou coffee next to it....

Very healthy and tasty food, they list all ingredients, great for those with food allergies. The best part is the large portions, the value is insane. The prices could compete against places that arent in an airport. Menu option #1 is a salad and hot entree, it's a sizeable portion of nutritious food. My favorite is the cayenne chicken with lentil salad. I'll probably only come here from now on when in Atlanta.

What a wonderful place! Huge portions, amazing taste, healthy choices, and quite fair prices! Would definitely recommend! I got a #1: hot entree (brown rice and perfectly seasoned chicken) + salad (lentil option)
