    This was a treat shared with me by my youngest daughter. She had told me about the good food served there and we were able to atest it as a strong recommendation I will be giving to others.
    I noticed immediately the "warm, homey feel and decor."
    Uunfortunately, it is a ways from me, but the food is truly worth the drive.
    The DELICIOUSLY prepared food, the, varied menu, the warm service, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere...YES, I will have to make time to enjoy myself and bring a friend with me to Ms. SONYA'S Southern Cuisine AGAIN!

    Small and quaint hidden spot in ForestPark. Suprisingly it needs to be seasoned more. That's the only thing really missing from the dishes. I had the meatloaf and mac with greens. The greens were delicious.

    Best kept secret in the neighborhood ! Great comfort food, with special twists on familiar recipes.

    Sonya's is the real deal, authentic soul food. Everything we had was excellent, green beans, cornbread, sweet potatos, smothered pork chops. Even the sweet tea was excellent.

    Ms. Sonya is so nice and the food is amazing! The atmosphere is so inviting and so clean. I highly recommend!
