I love you always chicken all of the food is excellent keep it up and I'll keep coming
Clean restaurant! Michelle got the order right and gave excellent customer service.
My first ever eating here and the service was great. Their honey hot wings are sooo good, they give you more than 4pc of shrimp in your shrimp fried rice which is also very delicious. The vegetables and rice were steamed to perfection.
Wings were not lemon pepper/honey....just fried wings w/honey taste.
Service was great
I've picked up a 10-piece wing combo for my daughter on three occasions. She said she enjoyed the wings. I, however, did not enjoy the customer service. The staff at the counter possesses little in the way of customer service skills. You are not likely to receive a thank you or much else from them. The manager does greet you when he comes to the front. I'm giving the place three stars BECAUSE I have yet to be greeted by staff at the counter. I have yet to be thanked for my business. I have ALWAYS been pretty much ignored, to the point where I have not had my order called out when it was ready. I had to guess and ask if it was ready. Customer service goes a long way. I suggest either training them properly or employing staff who understand the intricacies of customer service. Good customer service is what decides whether I spend money there or across the parking lot.
UPDATE: I changed this review to four stars because of the great service I received from the young man working in there tonight. He was friendly and engaging. Usually, there are young women in there, and they're the ones who haven't been the least bit welcoming. I wish now I'd gotten his name, because he should be commended for knowing how to treat customers.
