I have been disappointed by this location many times. Frankly, I went today with no real expectation that this would be a different experience but needed a close option to get a pizza. I was unexpectedly impressed. I expressed I wanted to be sure my pizza was cooked well due to past pizzas being doughy. As soon as I showed concerned an awesome team member Danielle immediately started to investigate what went wrong on my previous visits. Now I was not even talking to her when I expressed my concerns. So imagine how impressed I was when Danielle immediately took ownership of my issue. I was even a bit shocked because frankly customer service at this location has not been their area of expertise during my past visits. So next Danielle asked thoughtful questions to explain what may have caused my doughy experience and reassured me there had been steps to resolve those issues. Additionally, Danielle assured she made my pizza today and that she always strive to produce a quality product. The pizza was amazing. Danielle Thank you for taking the time to make my day and my lunch awesome. I am sorry but if Danielle is not making my pizza I just don't want it. I hope Pizza Hut will read this review and use AaDanielle as a model of customer service for their other employees.

Two of my pizzas were nearly burnt and they didn't put the crust flavors I ordered on my pizzas. They were out of garlic so I had to get all three toasted with parmesan. They were initially gonna add the crust flavors to the already cooked pizzas they showed me, but after I pointed out that re-toasting the pizzas would probably burn them, they remade all three of the pizzas. Two of them were still a little overcooked. This is the second time this particular location messed up my order.
