Carrabba's Italian Grill

I like Carrabba's so I like the food at this location. As far as the food is concerned, the experience is consistent with other locations. My experiences with employees here have exceeded the standard. I've never waited long for anything. Everyone is nice and accommodating. My food is always hot and delicious.

It's Carrabba's. The menu is the same at every one but the staff makes all the difference. Avery was a great server. He was attentive without being needy. His service, coupled with a great kitchen staff, made my evening spent with family that much more special. Thanks team. ????????

All of my visits to Carrabba's are usually satisfying.This evening I ordered Mussels and a side of Spinach. Not sure what happened in the kitchen but it took an extremely long time for my Mussels to come out.
Crystal my server was very attentive and courteous, and kept me informed while I waited. Once the Mussels were brought out they were super delicious! They took the charge for the Mussels off of my bill and I appreciate that!

When we called earlier on the week we were told to call two hours before On the day we were coming for a call ahead. Which we did, and they took our information. When get there and they had no recollection of our call ahead. Or of the other people who came in after us who had called ahead as well. Someone is answering the phone but not writing down the call ahead. Why offer that service if you aren’t going to use it. After finally being seated. Our waiter was awesome and nice. And the food was good. We did have a rude table runner. But our waiter made up for all of it. So our evening was half good and half not so good. This was once my favorite restaurant but I may have to rethink that.
