Flo's Filet was over cooked, tender but dry. Sweet potato and salad were good, as was the service and atmosphere. Surprised it was not busier on a Friday night. We didn't have to wait before being seated. I did notice a table being wiped clean, same cloth used to clean seats and then wipe the table again with same cloth - gross!

Visited last night, was advised of a wait of 30min and waited over an hour before being seated. It wasn't crowded but after being seated, we noticed a large party who seemed to know someone working there. A party of 7+ who arrived after we did and waited a while decided to leave instead due to the extended time. We didn't order until after 10pm ananusthe restaurant had closed but we arrived at 8:40pm. They also took the order of the couple who arrived after we did and they received their meal prior to us. While waiting, we overheard that there were only 2 servers. Due to this, there should've been an explanation prior to us waiting, an apology for the delay, and some type of complimentary action but there wasn't. I gave 3 stars because the food still came out quickly and was amazing. The server, host, and cooks were all nice. (The host ended up taking our order and I could tell that one of the cooks brought out the bread).

I had the Salmon..it was the best I have ever had. I mean it..not overcooked, it was just right. I took my mom out for lunch, she had Salmon too. Have you ever had something so good you wish you could just eat the whole thing again? That's how good it was. We had key lime pie for dessert. It was great! The service was the best! I can't wait to go back.
