Wendy's

This Wendy's almost always have issues with the POS system. I have to always ask before ordering if everything is working right because multiple times I was told their drive-thru machine doesn't work or they can't accept cards at the moment.

They staff is friendly and the place is clean enough but it needs an update on decor. Food is good but the proportion size has decreased tremendously.

Overall they are okay.

Nathaniel was the young man that took my order. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. We initially had a misunderstanding about what I had ordered. Due to Nathaniel's professionalism, there was no tension. We made it work. The food was fine, but this young man made Wendy's worth visting. After driving from out of state, in heavy traffic for much of the way, it was nice to be received by someone who values serving others. Nathaniel looked to be about 15 years old. Hopefully the leaders at this Wendy's location appreciate this employee's dedication.

This was hands down THE BEST Wendys we have ever been to! The woman who took our order was so friendly and helpful. My 11 year old daughter and I were traveling back from Alabama and it was so nice to see a friendly face!

The best Wendy's I've had in a long time! Everything was fresh and delicious! I tried the new lemonade (berry something?) and it was delicious!
