Got my favorite black tea and a pumpkin doughnut. Both were super good. Very good customer service.

Great job getting orders out efficiently with morning rush. Will definitely be back.

I'm guessing the blueberry muffins are awesome(my wife eats them, not me), because this is the third time this week I've ordered two, but they only had one. Maybe they only make five and are sold out by 9:30am. Early bird gets the muffin I guess????????

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. I use my DD app, and it’s great! I absolutely love the coffee and donuts. My very favorite donut ever is: DD glazed, cream filled (with white cream) donuts!! They are the best donuts in the world!! And I love the new items they’ve been trying recently. They also have THE BEST coffee...period!!

And if you’re a good employee, they notice. They also like to promote from within. My son-in-law started there as a cashier there in high school. After he graduated, they gave him his own store as Manager. He was so good at fixing troubled stores, they began sending him to all of the troubled stores, to get them fixed and making money again. Then he finally got his own store. It was the top store in the area...always. Then they promoted to District Mgr. Then Recently, the operations manager quit,so they promoted him to Operations Manager. I guess within 8 years, he went from cashier to Operations Manager. They take care of their employees! So, nothing but respect for Dunkin’ here!! I will always promote them, but I’ll also let them know if they have problems! I feel very strongly about this, if I’m going to call and gripe about any company... I should also let them know when they’re doing something right or good!!
