Fish Thyme Restaurant & Bar

We've enjoyed many meals at Fish Thyme in the past, and thought we'd share an awesome meal with friends looking for a great spot for dinner. Well, our friends loved the food, drinks , oh... and the company! Dinner was amazing as expected; never disappointing!!

There's a reason there's always a line out the door at Fish Thyme...because the food is spectacular and the service is even better!! You must have the oysters and bruschetta to start!! And no matter what main course you get, you must get the truffle fries!! I think there is a secret ingredient sprinkled on that would be illegal in many countries!! The owners are genuinely good people and have created an environment that feels like home when you walk in the door. Oh, if you do have to wait for a table (which is well worth it), don't worry...they have an amazing bar and lounge area next door with appetizer menus!!

WOW! The. Best. Food. This was our first time going here after driving by so many times and wanting to try it. Don’t do what we did, stop and try it out!! I had the lobster/shrimp bisque and it was by far the BEST bisque I’ve ever had! So creamy and flavorful. My husband had the special: wall-eyed flounder with shrimp and topped with a sauce (I so hate I don’t remember what kind of sauce- but it was so good!). The fish was fried but was still so juicy and the sauce on top went so incredibly well with it. The shrimp were perfect and enjoyed stealing them from my husband’s plate. Our server, Dylan, was top notch and so great to chat with. So informative of the specials and menu and really showed how much he enjoys working there and their food and their sister restaurant, Caper’s. We can’t wait to bring my parents and my in-laws next time they’re in town. Absolutely the best!

We went last night. My friends said everything is good and he was right. We all had something different and the service and food came to the table hot and all were excellent. The staff was waiting at the door when we entered and I can’t say enough about this place. If you wanted to deviate from the order they did. ????????

The food and drinks are great. We had cod, fried catfish, creamed spinach, kale salad,French fries and the best long island!!! We substituted dessert for an alcoholic beverage but they have amazing desserts. With so many items on the menu left to try, we'll definitely be back!!! They had families, people overly dressed on romantic dates and romantic dates with casual laid back attire...you choose your mood and attire, they'll do the rest. The food is delicious!!!
