When it takes over 20 mins multiple days or your food is wrong and missing, it just doesn't work out well. The tea in the dining room has its struggles and I sometimes wonder if the urns are being taken apart and cleaned. Once you get everything and good sweet tea, it ends up tasting great, but speed of service and order accuracy are still in process it seems. So many people stop at this location! If they could get the sweet tea tasting good everytime and could just make a goal of getting through each car in 2 mins or less it might make a huge difference and cut my 20 mins in half! The people are usually nice!

My wife got a 1/4 lb without cheese and I got two 1/4 lb with cheese. I had to wait about 5 minutes and get them home and they were the best burgers I've had in a long time. Certainly the best 1/4 lbs ever. I guess because they were fresh. THEY WERE AMAZING!
