O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Just had a Togo lunch there. Food was fresh, well proportioned and excellent. The Togo staff was nice and polite and made sure my food was out fast. I’ll be coming back here again very shortly. Excellent service.

Delicious pecan chicken salad. Our server Mario was really good... Attentive but not annoying! Recommend the planked salmon that my sister had! Good meal!

Went for lunch. Autumn was our waitress. She was excellent. After ordering and waiting a lil longer than anticipated, food arrived. Was dissatisfied with the portion provided. Discussed with Autumn and she offered to have manager come over to table. Response was fairly quick. Discussed with manager, the response was positive and reasonable. All is good and will return for another visit.

One of my go-to restaurants on the strip. We got there at 5:30 before the rush, but it was raining buckets so I dropped my wife off at the entrance and I parked near the to-go pick-up door. As I approached the door, a worker there kindly opened it for me, which portended the kind of service we received the rest of our visit. We were seated quickly.
The menu has many selections at $-$$ range.
Brittany, our server, was very attentive and personable, but not overly so. The fellow who brought our meals was too. Much appreciated, because they get so many patrons!
I tried the new-to-menu prime rib burger, but wasn't impressed (and reason I didn't rate it 5 stars.)

The food was great and the service was excellent! Couple that with being able to walk right in and be seated on a Friday evening, we were impressed. Our waitress was phenomenal and even offered to get a different drink for my wife when what she ordered wasn't what she expected. We will definitely be back!
