I placed an order online and when I came to pick it up true I was early and I was fine to wait, however my pick up time has come and gone and the waitress that was to get me some sauces on the side has disappeared and I just had to stop someone on the floor to ask about my shake he said oh it’s not ready when asked if it was being made he said ummm I think so! The only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the young lady that just came back from break an right away assisted me!

(June 18, 2019, 9:54 pm)Our boys love Steak and Shake burgers and Shakes. For me the burgers and fries are always over loaded with sodium. We only let them eat here once in a rare blue moon. It's nice to have a drive thru if they're in the mood and we are headed home. Staff is super friendly - something that's hard to find these days!
