Best bagels ever great breakfast bagel super friendly and they have doggie bagels my dogs go crazy for
Often forget about this gem but every time I go in I'm greeted warmly. I love that they have frequent visitor points. Had not been in a while and had $2 deduction on my order. Food and coffee are both good.
I can eat an Einstein's bagel morning, noon or night. I love getting the Nova Lox on an everything bagel. Coffee is good too when its hot.
I stopped by the Paces Ferry Road location to get my usual, which is a medium turtle mocha and a Florentine spinach bagel. Even though about seven employees were working, it took forever for someone to even acknowledge me, much less take my order.
The gentleman that took my order asked one of the other employees what a turtle mocha was and he told him. I assumed that I would receive what I ordered, but no. After watching and waiting on someone to even begin my order, it was finally prepared. I noticed that it wasn't made like it usually is. When I informed the gentleman that I ordered a turtle mocha, he snapped and replied, we don't do those here. I told him that I had received one at this location several times and pointed out that the last person that made it. His response was "Oh Well".
I will never return to this location.
