Joella's Hot Chicken

I recently visited the Cobb location for the second time. Joella's has a winning recipe for their chicken. On a Saturday afternoon the restaurant was quite busy, yet the staff managed to get everyone served. While waiting for my order I couldn't help but notice Elijah, the manager - who was outstanding as the location leader. I observed him coaching some of the staff on how to address a customer and encouraging the cook crew to work faster to get the orders to the customers. As I was checking my order he noticed that I appeared dissatisfied. Without me saying a word he stopped in his tracks to see if he could help me. I explained I was missing something, and without hesitation he fixed the issue himself. I know that working at a fast food establishment is not easy, but luckily Joella has a customer minded manager like Elijah on their property. Good job!!!!

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I hesitated to go because of them but finally gave it a try and it was absolutely delicious. Had the vegan chicken patty with Ella's Fave sauce which is easily the best tasting vegan anything I've ever had. It was amazing. Had the slaw and kale crunch salad on the side and they were fresh and really good. Can't wait to go back.

Delicious hot chicken sandwich. Classic Nashville flavor. Atmosphere was fun. Food came out quickly. My only complaints would be that the chicken could use more breading and the hot wasn't as hot as I would have hoped. They intimidated me with the waiver for fiery but i will be going back to try that next
