Really fantastic! I got the impossible burger on a lettuce bun (one of the best and juiciest veggie patties I’ve ever had) and the shareable sweet potato fries. The fries were a large portion size! Would recommend getting them. The menu has lots of options but it is a bit pricy! About 10 dollars per burger and fries are separate.

The Tex-Mex Haystack was Incredible! It is by far my favorite burger...I order it every time. The shakes are awesome as well! I'm looking forward to trying the triple-shot espresso shake next time!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it first was made wrong then took a while to get another and it tasted quite good but that was ruined with the quality of the chicken. It was $13 for the sandwich with fries and a drink and the chickens quality was comparable to a processed chicken nugget, not what I expected for such a high price. If the quality was better then I would have been able to enjoy the sandwich. I would not recommend you get the chicken sandwiches here unless you can overlook the fact the chicken is highly processed.

I really enjoyed myself here! I tried this place out Monday with my friends and we all agreed that the food was AWESOME! I had the black bean burger and it was one the best black bean burgers I've ever tried plus they added avocados w/o it having to be ordered separately which I liked. The customer service was great.(lots of smiles) The food is brought to your table which was nice.The restaurant was very clean. Nice atmosphere. We came an hour before closing and what I really loved is that they didn't rush us to leave. So they DEFINITELY have a loyal customer in me! I literally just send a text in our group chat saying I'M CRAVING BURGER 21 and WANNA GO BACK SOON! Thank you!

A consistently great experience at B21! Employees are courteous and always seeking to accommodate you. Order wasn’t accurate last visit and Management immediately fixed it at no cost, including providing fresh fries with the right order. Any serving items we are finished using are discarded quickly. Excellent service!!! Great burgers, fries and milkshakes for the win!
