    Wonderful! I had a ball picking out different flavors of donuts and had a tasty drink. Customer service here is great ???? I'm a regular ????

    My girls love donuts and I took them for a morning treat. They loved it!!!
    I ordered a caramel frappe coffee which was disgusting. I only took 2 sips and returned it asking to have an original coffee frappe instead. Manager advised that flavor might be strong . What an unpleasant surprise when I tried the "original" one and IT HAD THE SAME NASTY FLAVOR. I had to leave since I was running out of time but I would not get coffee there ever again.

    The customer service is fantastic both morning and evening crew. They are always eager to ensure my drink is made right and sometimes offer suggestions to try. Yasmine is definitely a winner in my book for customer service above all. She is usually the first to get my order and gets it right every time. Management is good but could improve a little on the customer satisfaction side.
