    I’ve had some bad experiences with sub shops in the past, but this time was different. To start off, there was an issue with my order, but the guy behind the counter (Zane I think) went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Because of him, I will be returning. Thank you, Zane!

    Their delivery times are getting worse. They use to be dead on time and over the last couple months they are slipping. I’m still waiting for mine as I write this. They are 17 minutes late which means I have less than 15 minutes left in my lunch period. I called and her response was, oh are you Ashley, ok I’ll send a driver right now.... was it just sitting there? I placed the online order before they were open so in my head I’m wondering why it is so late. An apology would also have been good customer service.

    The quality of food is definitly 4 stars. The time it took to make and deliver was about 2 stars. And the customer service is 5 stars. My meal ended up being free, for the wait. And the time before that, I got a free cookie for the wait.
