My food was prepared quickly, my order was correct, and there were napkins in the bag. I was asked if I wanted medium or large drinks, so I chose medium, thinking that was the size that came with the combo meal. There was an upcharge for the drinks. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I didn't realize it until I got home, but I know for next time. Overall good experience.

When you typically google reviews of any Popeyes you rarely if ever see a score in the 4's. They are always in the 2-3 range. This is a brand new Popeyes and has been open maybe 3 weeks. It is not off to a good start. Just like the other reviews, the service has been poor. My order yesterday was missing my side and the drink they gave me was incorrect. Didn't realize this until I got home and yes, I should have opened the boxes and tasted the drink to make sure it was accurate, but I shouldn't have to. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru in front of me and maybe a couple of people in the restaurant, yet they had me wait several minutes to place my order. It was not that busy and yet they managed to mess up my order. Where's the quality check? The last time I visited, I was the only one inside initially when I placed my order and it took almost 20 minutes to fill my simple order. There were several employees present but they were all seemingly standing around and taking their time doing anything. I don't know if this is due to a lack of training or not but there was no manager in there pushing things and making sure orders were getting fulfilled quickly and correctly. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will get things corrected. However, you would think the owner and managers that were hired, would be hands on every day to get this place running smooth out of the gate and I just don't see it. Thus, the reviews thus far for this location. The food I have received has been good and don't have any complaints on that. However, we know when service starts to suffer so does the food at some point.

I just want to say thank you to all of the workers that work here. I witnessed two separate arguments, which was uncomfortable. However, I understand how much pressure it can feel to work in the fast food industry. I know a lot of people are upset about the way the staff is handling things, but please try to be considerate of others. They are clearly trying to give the best they can. I commend everyone who works there. It is not an easy job. Overall, besides the arguments I got my food fast and I enjoyed my food.
