Ruth's Chris Steak House

We came here for our anniversary. Service was awesome but food was great. My favorite was the tomato cucumber salad and the bread pudding. Will definitely go back as long as quality and service are the same or better. Thanks for making this a great experience

Just had an amazing dinner with a friend. the service was 5-star all the way from the host Ashley to the service by Melody and especially Amethyst. Chef David surprised us with a scallop appetizer that was amazing. The ribeye was superb and a sweet potato casserole was amazing. Chocolate mousse cheesecake was to die for. Ask for Amethyst if you truly want a five-star experience.

Joe was an excellent server and very friendly. Knew the menu by heart and very inventive. Super excellent guy with a beautiful personality. He made us laugh while doing wonder job talking about customer service. He top this by a long shot...

Today my fiance and our parents ate at Ruth's Chris following our appointment to book the hotel for our upcoming wedding and reception. The appointment went great, however once we sat down to eat that's when things went a little down hill. Our waiter Joe immediately came off as if he was in a rush/eager to move on to another table. My family and I were one of four occupied tables. Joe did explain to us that he was the only one at the time serving so we understood. When it was time to order appetizers and entrees Joe was once again very pushy for us to hurry and give our orders. What really got me was when he was talking to our parents about a menu item and started to explain what side items the kitchen was out of and my fiance and I were discussing something quietly and Joe said "i'll wait until everyone is done talking". Not only was this rude, but his tone really took me aback. Also, once we were served our drinks we never got refills until we were almost done with our food because Joe never came back (someone from the kitchen brought us refills once we finished eating). When we were trying to order dessert, Joe was once again very pushy and eager to move on from our table. We have all eaten at Ruth's Chris on different occasions and never had a waiter like this. The food was great as usual, but Joe needs to tone it down a little. When we left we all said the service was disappointing, but we all greatly appreciated the meal.

Always excellent steaks, and the onion rings are HUGE rings stacked ridiculously high and ridiculously delicious! This is a somewhat quieter version of a steak house, which is refreshing when you may want to actually have a conversation at dinner. Excellent service here, as well. Just amazing food prepared extremely well! A true gem!
