Simmer Time Cafe

So I choose this place at random based off it's reviews on Google. I am visiting my brother and he just moved to the area so we are both unfamiliar with what's around. This food was soooooo amazing. I had the shrimp and grits and I was so pleased with it. The portion sizes are great too! The art displays are so diverse and there are soaps and mugs and iron work and I am just so pleased with all that is offered here.

Visited on vacation with my family. The owner is so so sweet and the place is adorable!! The portions are bigger than what you'd expect and super yummy!! The cook definitely knows his way around an egg.

Just wow. Amazing family owned business in an old Plantation style home serving delicious food with classic southern hospitality. Gentle, live acoustic music coming from upstairs on Sunday morning. The serving sizes are just right. We had the turkey/brie/cranberry sandwich (recommended!) and the French toast (not overpoweringly sweet). If you're bacon fan like me, go here ????

Absolutely amazing! Definitely a gem I’d recommend to all of my friends. Service, food prices, portions, ambiance, all fantastic. It’s also BYOB!

A great cafe. Food is fantastic staff is warm and friendly. Best quiche I have ever enjoyed. We go at least three times a month. Not only is the food great but the art gallery supports local artist. This cafe is a real gem!!!!
