Great food and wonder service! Our waitress was very kind and prompt and extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Food is well worth the price and they make your experience personable so you will definitely leave with good memories. 😁👍

My husband & I took our son & daughter-in-law here for her birthday. We also had 4 of our grandchildren and our daughter- in-laws Mom, 9 people. Service was good, it is best if you make reservations. The food was ok, for our 1st experience. It became quite noisy when another large party came in to share the room. There's a lot to learn on how to cook your own food. That alone is an experience of its own, we enjoyed being with our family, but for just my husband & myself....we won't visit this restaurant again. Many others seemed to really like this restaurant....it's just not our "cup of tea".

My boyfriend and I go here for special occasions! We went for our two years, and we hope to go again soon. It’s also fun and the price may be steep, but it’s totally worth it. This location is so easy to get to and the seating is so private and intimate. For any couple who needs a nice date night, and likes to eat, I highly suggest this place!

Came here Valentine's weekend and it was perfect! We were able to get a last minute reservation on the patio. The menu was more than the regular menu but well worth it. The bacon and Brie cheese fondue was amazing. Salads were so fresh and perfect flavors. The entree was more than enough. The lobster with the garlic butter was incredible. Raspberry espresso chocolate fondue... need I say more? It was so romantic and loved how they put curtains between the tables and so many candles for a more intimate feel. Thank you for the perfect dinner!!!

Of course the meal was excellent, but this trip was even better for the service.
Alyssa (my spelling may be incorrect,) made the meal exponentially more enjoyable. I am fairly certain The Melting Pot may not know just how good Alyssa is at her job. This employee truly should train (or offer guidance to) all other employees- and the rest of the staff is already very good. Talk about a warm, engaging personality that clearly cares about her patrons enjoying their dining experience!

I tend to dine out, and without a doubt, Alyssa is in the TOP 1% of servers that I would revisit an establishment for. If you want to experience a good meal and service PAR EXCELLENCE, go to this location and ask for Alyssa. Tip her well, as she deserves it. Also, based on the display of truly caring for patrons from my recent experience, without commensurate compensation, her skillset will be more properly valued elsewhere- and that would be a tremendous loss to this entire restaurant brand.
